If your organization requires VIP Access or enhanced privileges within DahabPay, submit a DahabPay Support & Service Request.
How to submit your request
- Visit the DahabPay Support Portal.
- Select Submit Request.
- Choose DahabPay Support & Service Request.
- Under Request Type, select VIP Access Enquiry.
- Provide the business justification and any supporting information.
- Submit your request.
VIP Access requests are reviewed based on business requirements, security policies, and internal approval procedures. Additional approvals may be required before access is granted.
What happens next?
Once your request has been submitted successfully, our Corporate Support Team will contact you to confirm the request, complete any required verification, and coordinate the approval process.
The team will also contact you if additional information, authorization, or supporting documents are required. You will receive updates until the request has been completed.
